Since many states are now adopting inclusive curriculums and materials that require schools to teach their students LGBTQ histories, contributions, and perspectives, I would hope that these all start with the earliest recorded documentation that humanity has on these concepts that are found in the Book of Genesis and the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Isn’t it ironic how the allure of the apple activated the initial demise of the first people, Adam and Eve, and now today it is still the appeal of the Apple, held in every human hand, that is duplicating our own demise as we are attached, addicted, and married to, obsessed and in love with, and possessed by these devices, offering them endless hours of our attention and affection, our time and touch, and 99% of us have no self-control nor discipline to put them down or turn them off.

Is there anything more disparaging and detrimental than the fickle, fleeting disillusionment of infatuation – for once the newness and the novelty wear off in the relationship – whether it be with a lover, a child or grandchild, a friend, a puppy, at a job, in a partnership, group, whatever…the one who thought what was committed, unconditional, forever love turned out to be a nothing more than a scanty, stingy, short-lived affair.
